It connects healthcare providers, professionals, and organisations to drive improvements in all aspects of care, workforce development, and system efficiency.

By fostering partnerships among care homes, hospitals, community care services, and other stakeholders, YCA plays a critical role in addressing health and social care challenges in the region.
