Coleridge House have over 20 years of systems experience in the care sector working with both residential care providers and community care organisations including some of the largest operators in the UK.

Many organisations embark on digital transformations & buying systems without having clear goals and expectations of what “good looks like”. We engage with the whole business to understand requirements and key success factors to help find the best systems for each unique care provider.
Contract re-negotiation: to help drive better value at the point of contract renewal with existing suppliers. This can also take the form of service management where relationships between the care provider and systems provider may have deteriorated. We are an experienced intermediary in this scenario.
Project & programme management: when care providers purchase new or replacement systems they often don’t have the appropriate resource internally to manage IT implementation projects, especially at scale. We provide a highly experienced project resource to help systems implementations go smoothly.
Data Protection: this is always an area of huge concern in our sector. We have a qualified DPO who can help care providers navigate data protection legislation & compliance. We offer advice & consulting on data protection issues & potential (or actual) breaches. We have sector specific experience in data protection audits & advice as well as a “DPO as a Service” outsourcing option.
Data, reporting & dashboards: this is often a key driver for systems – the accurate, timely and easily understandable output to either care staff, clients, funders, families or the SLT. We have highly experienced technicians who can help both manipulate data and present it in the best format for each target audience.
Integrations & API’s: It is a universal aspiration to join systems together to save time, reduce errors and avoid duplication of data and multiple versions of the truth. However, many software providers and care organisations struggle to meet their integration aspirations. We have highly experienced business analysts who understand the sector and its requirements. These professionals can help specify & scope integration works.
Mapping new BAU: This element is often forgotten in digital transformation. Once new or replacement systems are implemented, then a new world will exist with the care provider enjoying benefits from their investment. However, there may well be new or changed functions internally to support this new world.
